1. Return Tickets (KLIA – KL Sentral, KL Sentral – KLIA):

2. KLIA Ekspres VIP Service (One way: KLIA – Shangri-La KL):

• Price: RM145.00 each
• Booking Requirement: Minimum 12 hours in advance

3. Booking Information:

• Tickets available on the ERLSB website or mobile app
• Access the rates using a promotion code

4. Cancellation / Refund:

• No refund will be given for unused trips, except in event of train disruption exceeding 60 minutes as per ERLSB’s Conditions of Carriage.
• No revalidation allowed for expired tickets. Any request on this matter will not be entertained.
• For VIP service, no refund will be given if cancellation made less than 12 hours before pick-up time.
